NOTICE OF INFORMATION REGARDING PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
According to European Regulation regarding personal data protection 679/2016
Through this data processing notice of information, Fogliani Spa, the owner of www.fogliani.it website, describes data processing of the Interested Persons: users/visitors who consult the web page, which is on the page or an application related to it, which address the company or have a commercial and/or contractual relationship with it. This information is provided in accordance with Title III, Sections 2 and 3 of the European Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016.
It has no availability for other pages viewed by the user through links that
may be present in the pages of the above site, which is owned by Fogliani. We
ask you to read this information carefully and, if you need clarification,
please contact us by writing to privacy@fogliani.it.
Processor and contacts
The processor is Fogliani Spa, with its legal and operational headquarters in Via Cassano, 157-21052 Busto Arsizio (VA).

Typology of processed data
Fogliani processes various types of personal data in relationships with their own and potential clients, suppliers, employees, collaborators, partners, etc.
1) Navigation data and cookies
Generally, it is possible to navigate the site without having to provide any
personal data. The site is divided into different sections, some of which may
require data input, while for others are not required.
The computer systems provided for the operation of the site gain, during normal
operation, some personal data that are then transmitted implicitly in the use
of Internet communication protocols.
It can be information about the geographic area you are navigating from, the
device used, the browser type, pages visited by the user during the session. It
was decided not to store the IP address of the user to preventing it from
successively identifying him (the user).
Therefore, the navigation data is stored in anonymous form and is mainly used
for statistical information to control the correct operation of the site and to
improve its use.

2) Data provided voluntarily by users/visitors
When users/visitors communicate some personal data to access certain services,
or to make e-mail requests, Fogliani obtains this data and processes it solely
to respond to the request, to identify the user and to provide the service.
Registration on the Fogliani web page or requesting information or services
from users may involve the collection and further processing of personal data
such as, by way of example, your first name, name, email address, telephone
number, address, profession, etc.
This type of data could be collected on the occasion of:
· Completing application forms and/or registration on site or in reserved areas
· Participation in company events
· Participation in trade fairs and demonstrations
· Sending requests by e-mail
The processing shall not have as object sensitive data, according to art. 9
Title I ("special categories of personal data") of the Regulation (or those data
"... personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin,
political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union
membership, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex
life").
Scope of processing and legal grounds
The processing of personal data takes place for various purposes, some are strictly related to the provision of services, and others are related to communication on Fogliani initiatives and products. We will now describe in more detail the following legal bases.

If the Processor adds other purposes different from those described, it will adapt this information and request the processing agreement (if necessary) as soon as possible. The user will always, and in any case, have the opportunity to revoke the agreement and/or to oppose any indirect marketing activity.
The manner and duration of the processing
The processing of personal data is performed by electronic and/or manual procedures (e.g. on paper) for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and, in any event, in accordance with the legal provisions in force in the matter.
Also, the company has the obligation to observe some information on the basis of legal requirements and for a period reasonably necessary to meet legal requirements, resolve controversies, avoid frauds and abuses, and apply its own terms and conditions. Personal data processed for administrative, contractual and legal purposes are therefore kept for at least 10 years.
Provision of data
As specified in the above table, in general, the provision of processed data for legal obligations and execution of the contract is required. Any possible total or partial opposition to processing may cause Fogliani's failure to follow the contractual relationship.
For all other purposes, except for those already specified for navigation data, users/visitors are free to provide their own personal data. Failure to provide them may involve only the impossibility of obtaining the requested ones or remaining informed in the best way.
Communication and Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data can be brought to the attention of employees or employees of Fogliani who are formally authorized and authorized to process and, in doing so, receive appropriate operational instructions.
Fogliani will be able to share data with:
- third parties entrusted with the execution of related or instrumental activities for the supply of products and/or the provision of services with which the Holder has stipulated specific agreements
- third parties for the fulfillment of obligations under the law or contract (eg Public Institutions, Control Authorities, Police Forces, Banking Institutions, etc.).
- branches, companies with share capital, affiliated companies plus affiliates and / or affiliated companies.
For technical-practically related data-processing requirements, some personal data could be made available through the server of vendors and sub-providers or only by third parties who, in any case, fully adhered to Fogliani standards for data processing personal.
Personal data will not be shared in any way.
Technological services providing for the transfer to third countries (outside the EU) provided for in Title V of the Regulation may also be used.
Rights of interested persons
The European regulation recognizes the person concerned with many rights that we ask you to take carefully into account. We recall in particular the rights of:
• access of the person concerned:
o a confirmation that processing of personal data relating to it is in progress or not;
o communicating the transfer of data to a third country or to an international organization;
o obtaining a copy of the personal data being processed (if and only if the rights or freedoms of others are not affected);
• rectification;
• total cancellation (right to forget);
• limitation of processing;
• the obligation to notify in case of rectification or cancellation of personal data or limitation of processing;
• portability of data;
• opposition.
Also, the person concerned has the right to receive prompt communication in case of violation of personal data that may affect his or her dignity and freedom.
Updates
This Privacy Policy is effective from May 25, 2018. Fogliani will be able to update this document as a result of regulatory changes, indications of Control Authorities or organizational changes. New versions will be available on the company's Internet site; therefore, it is recommended to users interested to periodically check the related section of the site.
